How It Works
At Send Me a Pro, we connect you directly with ready-to-book clients. You no longer need to buy leads, make cold calls, or handle marketing. We provide you with consistent work, fair pricing, and the chance to grow your business without the stress.
- We Handle Marketing: We run targeted campaigns to bring you exclusive, high-quality ready to book clients.
- You Focus on Service: Once connected, your focus stays on delivering top-notch service, not managing sales or marketing.
- Fair Payment Structure: For services we manage directly, we split the fees based on a pre-agreed rate. For referrals to preferred vendors, we earn a commission, similar to compensating an in-house sales team.
- Flexibility: You’re free to service your own clients, and we don’t charge you any fees for those bookings.
Our Expectations
We expect our Pros to maintain a 4 out of 5-star review score and 75% client retention for recurring services. For one-off services, like handyman work or painting, we measure conversion rates based on estimates you receive.
Frequently Asked Questions
There are no upfront costs to join our network. We invest in the marketing and client acquisition, and you only pay a portion of the fee when you complete a job from a client we refer.
By joining, you’ll become part of an exclusive, invite-only marketplace, where we limit the number of professionals in each category to reduce competition. This ensures more bookings and consistent work for you, without the marketing headaches.

There is no set answer to how long it takes to learn an instrument. With regular practice, a basic level of playing can be accomplished in a few months. Most of our students take lessons on a long-term basis because they want to be constantly improving and they find the lessons enjoyable.
The majority of our students have lessons in the comfort of their own homes.
Our music Pros prefer to provide service onsite at a client-specified location. Some Pros may have exclusive access to designated areas within their network that can be used to facilitate a client session. Any specific locations designated between the client and music Pro are to be communicated directly between the Pro and the client.
Clients are expected to have their instruments. An instructor may come with a personal instrument for demonstration purposes.
No, we only provide coordination of the service and the music Pro. Though we do not provide direct rentals, instruments can usually be rented from a local music store. Our instructors may also be able to provide more specific information for instrument quality and procurement once you begin service.
Most teachers require a book for their students to use. In addition, there may be other accessories the student will want in order to progress in his/her studies. (Example: capo, tuner, strap, songbooks, videos)
Our music Pros serve a variety of client interests and client levels. Each Pro will coordinate a custom program offering tailored to your needs. Â
Lesson direction is determined by a combination of client-level and directly communicated goals. The Pro uses these factors to provide clients with music instruction that may include techniques like music theory, warm-up routines, sight reading, practice exercises, etc.
Our music Pros can help with many individual instrument/music goals. Having a Pro hand helps clients prepare for a recital, begin lessons in a new/additional instrument, and even increase the client’s musical knowledge and skill base.
The minimum age for an instrumental music student is 5 years old and 10 for formal vocal training. Many adults also seek lessons from our Pros.Â
Our lessons do not require previous experience to begin. Every instructor evaluates each student to determine their level of understanding and then tailors each student’s plan of study. The most important part of taking lessons is learning to play.
If a Pro is coming to your home, we require an adult over the age of 18 to be present on the premises. They don’t necessarily need to be in the room but should be in the vicinity.
