With our transparent fixed pricing, purchase a package online and work with any Pro within the category. Rotate Pros at any time. Once you purchase online, you can message, hire and schedule directly with Pros online. Or, save time by having our matching coordinator match you with a Pro and schedule your service for you.
What is your Satisfaction Guarantee?
Your purchase is held in an escrow-like account. We only release payment to your Pro once the job has been completed to your satisfaction.
Where do the services take place?
All Pros come to your preferred location.
How do I keep track of my payments?
You can keep track of all of your payments and sessions through your account on our website or mobile app.
Are the Pros screened?
Yes, all of our Pros are carefully handpicked, qualified, have extensive experience in their fields, and have completed background checks.
Can I read Pro reviews?
Yes, you can read reviews and ratings on their Profiles. Pros have to maintain a minimum of a 4 out of 5 star rating to stay on the platform.
Can I work with several Pros at the same time?
Yes, you can use your sessions with multiple Pros within the same category at the same time.
What if I don’t like my Pro?
We know that the key to success is having the right Pro. We have a growing network of pre-screened and qualified Pros in our network and you can work with any other Pro.
What if I move?
Not a problem. We have access to Pros worldwide and can match you with a new Pro at your location. If not, we are happy to refund you for your remaining sessions.
Do my sessions expire?
All sessions expire 12 months after purchase. Need more time? No worries, just request an extension by emailing us.
Can I get a refund?
No. All sales are final. However, you can transfer your sessions to other friends and family members or request an extension to use your session at a later date.
